    Trim and Hardware

    • Standard trim shall be 2 1⁄4” colonial casing and 3 1⁄2” base moulding.
    • Interior doors are 1 3/8” colonial-style 6-panel masonite..
    • 2nd Floor stairs include oak treads, pine risers and stringers and colonial oak handrail.
    • Basement stairs are pine with an oval pine handrail.

    • Bedrooms and bathrooms receive privacy locksets.
    • Front door receives brass handle set with deadbolt.
    • All door knobs are Schlage brass lever knobs, (or equal).

    Paint

    • All interior partitions will have 1⁄2” sheetrock with all joints taped and 3 coats of compound.
    • Garage wall will be 5/8” sheetrock with all joints taped and 2 coats of compound and 1 coat of primer.
    • All ceilings will be painted with 2 coats of flat white.
    • Walls will be painted with 2 coats of flat white.
    • All interior trim and doors will be painted with 2 coats of semi-gloss white.

    Kitchen

    • Cabinets will be raised or flat panel oak or maple with 42" upper cabinets.
    • Kitchen countertops are square edged granite with 4” granite backsplash with under-mounted stainless steel kitchen sink.
    • Vanities are the same style as the kitchen with wall mounted mirror above.
    • Master bath vanity has a cultured marble top with integral bowl sinks.
