Basement stairs are pine and have and oval poplar handrail.
Bedrooms and bathrooms receive privacy locksets
Front door receives brass handle set with deadbolt.
All door knobs are Schlage brass lever knobs. (or equal)

Paint
All interior partitions will have 1/2" sheetrock with all joints taped and 3 coats of compound.
Garage wall will be 5/8” sheetrock with all joints taped and 1 coat of compound and 1 coat of primer.
All ceilings will be painted with 2 coats of flat white.
Walls will be painted with 2 coats of flat white.
All interior trim and doors will be painted with 2 coats of semi-gloss white.

Kitchen
Cabinets will be raised panel or flat panel Oak or Maple.
Kitchen countertops are round edged granite with 4” granite backsplash with undermount kitchen sink.

Vanities are the same style as the kitchen with wall mounted mirror above.
Bath vanities are cultured marble.
